The Supercard DSOne SDHC is the latest in the Supercard line of flash cards for the Nintendo DS consoles. The biggest difference between the first version of Supercard DS One and the new Supercard DS One SDHC is the fact it now supports the latest MicroSD memory called SDHC. That’s right, you can now use the 4GB and 8GB MicroSD cards with the Supercard DS One SDHC. They have also made some improvements to the bios on this version which fixes a few of the bugs found in the first versions of Supercard DS One. You may be asking yourself, what’s the difference between all these different cards. Let us try and make it a little simpler for you. The M.3 & R.4 are basically the same product, using the same interface style and get firmware updates at around the same time.
Right now they are both the most popular cards as not everyone wants to be using the new SDHC memory. Then you have the Cyclo which is the current top of the line card which also supports the new Micro SDHC memory cards. Then we have the Supercard DS One which is basically a competitor to the Cyclo, it has very similar features and also boasts great support and updates from Supercard One team. If you do not want to use larger MicroSD cards, the good old R.4 & M.3 will be your product, but if you’re looking for SDHC memory support and a slightly more advanced interface, the Supercard DS One SDHC will be your product. We would have to say that the Super Card DS One package is the best out of all of the NDS flash cards we have seen, it comes in a folder type case which holds everything quite nicely for safe keeping or transport. Admittedly the Cyclo has the metal tin, but we think the Supercard DS One packaging is much nicer.

Rob Saunders, a spokesman for Nintendo UK, in the Article on The Times UK, confirms that these adapters themselves are legal, but the purposes that some people use it for can be illegal.

- Play MP3s of songs you already own.
- Play movies that you already own.
