Magic Memory Stick for the PSP

This is compatible with both types of PSP (PSP1000+PSP2000) and is based upon a good quality Memory Card (512meg capacity)

When used with a Pandora Battery (or Datel Tool Battery) this will allow custom firmware to be installed allowing you to play the literally 1000's of free HomeBrew Games and Applications for the PSP.

This will also unbrick (dead) PSP's providing that the fault is Software (generally green power led, no display then power off around 15 seconds later), it will not however repair PSP's for which have been water damaged, dropped, mainboard fault (very rare) etc.

To use, insert the Memory Card in to the PSP first (important) then insert the service mode battery (Pandora or Datel Tool Batery) whilst pressing and holding (x).

Firmware installed on the card is currently 3.90 M33-3

This is not currently compatible with certain versions of the PSPSlim using the TA-088 Mainboard as per noted below (credits to pspslimhacks)

The new TA-088 Motherboard/CPU issue has been examined, and DA is working on it!  The problem seems to base from not just the new motherboards, but the new CPU’s being installed.  Some TA-088s can be flashed, so it’s kind of a gamble at this point.  Dark_Alex has stated that the problem has to do with the core of Despretar Cementario runs off of 1.50/3.40, something that evidently the new CPU’s can’t handle.  A new version of Despretar Cementario will not be realeased until they have remade the Core.

As you might have already seen, there are some mobos (TA-088 ones, slim models) in where the IPL used for Despertar del Cementerio, Pandora and Time Machine therefore, doesn’t work.

IPL can be still run from the Memory Stick, but just those that are signed by Sony, and not the ones that contain a different signature; a problem that will probably block the actual way of running your cfw’s, as you couldn’t even load on this NANDs the custom IPLs with different signature.

Even though, IPL is not the problem, but probably the mixed kernel of 1.50&&3.40, and it will be the best option to use a new kernel on Despertar del Cementerio future versions.

So, to sum up, new Dc version will not be released till the new Core and interface is finished. Please be patient 

So there you have it folks, the new DC will be created, but not until they do some serious changes to it.
