PS3 KES400AAA Laser Lens

KES-400AAA Sony PS3 Laser Module.
It is now  impossible to source Brandnew KES-400AAA lasers, the only available laser on the market are refurbished, beware of any site stating that their lasers are brand new.

This is the Laser only as per the Image, should you need the complete optical block, please choose the KEM400AAA.

If you don’t require the whole PS3 laser mechanism like the KEM-400, these refurbished PS3 KES-400AAA laser lens are a great option. The price for them is cheaper than the KEM unit’s, if you know for sure the only part that has failed is the laser and not one of the other components on the drive mechanism, there is not really much point to installing a complete new mechanism like the KEM. If you’re after a good supply of  KES-400AAA PS3 laser, these will be a perfect option. Please note that these lasers will only work in consoles that have this same type of lens installed, you should open your console to make sure you are ordering the right laser for your console, some of the newer 40GB consoles come with a 410ACA, so you should check it first. There is no longer anti-static points on these lasers, so no soldering is required for installation.
